We typically require a 5000 pieces minimum for custom color or logo orders. However, we’re flexible – smaller trial runs (even ~50 units) can be arranged to help you get started. Just reach out to discuss your needs, and we’ll find a solution.

Absolutely! You can select any colors for the coaster – we can match Pantone color codes for both the base and accent hues. If purple/mint isn’t your preference, we’ll produce your coasters in the exact colors you want. Multi-color designs. The dual-tone style can be customized or even made as a solid color; it’s up to your vision.

Our standard production time is approximately 2-3 weeks for most bulk orders once the design is confirmed. For example, an order of 5000 customized coasters typically ships in about 12 business days. Large orders may take a bit longer, and very small orders can often be faster. If you have a firm deadline (for an event or promotion), let us know – we offer rush production and will do our best to meet your timeline. Shipping transit time will depend on your location, but we can accommodate expedited shipping as well.

Yes, we provide a free digital proof/mockup for your approval showing your logo and colors on the coaster. For larger orders, we can also ship a physical sample upon request – either a generic sample to check quality or a pre-production sample with your design (a small fee may apply for custom pre-production samples). We want you to be confident before we proceed with mass production.

By default, coasters are bulk packed in groups (each pair of coasters in a clear polybag, for instance) to keep them protected and easy to distribute. We can adjust this based on your needs – for example, individual retail packaging, header cards, or gift box packaging can be provided at additional cost. If you plan to resell or gift the coasters, we can even customize the packaging with your branding. Just let us know your requirements, and we’ll accommodate them.

In addition to colors and logos, we can do custom shapes or sizes (with a new mold) if you have a specific request – for example, a coaster shaped like a wheel or a company mascot. Don’t hesitate to ask – our goal is to deliver a product that perfectly fits your campaign or product line.
